First we set targets for responding to your needs:
- We aim to provide a yacht insurance quote immediately on the website or within three working days if your enquiry is referred to the office
- We aim to provide yacht insurance cover immediately should you need it, as long as payment reaches us within 15 days
- Should you be unlucky enough to make a claim and if a surveyor's visit is required, we aim to get the surveyor to you within 24 hours

Thirdly the insurance industry regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority sets a requirement on all firms to treat customers fairly.
